People are visual creatures and images make an impact and draw attention faster than paragraphs of words on a page.  Social media posts with images get shared more, and articles look more interesting with an image included.

Luckily it is easy to turn your words into an image, and share them on social media sites like Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Facebook and other sites.

Three Free Sites for Making Images

Here are some websites that make it easy to turn words into images:

Quozioquozio_logo

This website makes it easy to create quotes.  It is free and does not require an account, although you have the option of creating one.  There are over 35 designs to choose from, many of them perfect for quotes that make you think.  Some use pictures, while others use patterns as backgrounds.  Many different moods to choose from.

Here is a sample of one made on Quozio’s website.  This is the size the website provided.

Pinstamatic has a more modern feel, and has a dozen styles to choose from and five sticky note colors.  One thing that makes Pinstamatic interesting is that it also allows you to create images for Spotify tracks, your last post on Twitter, dates and locations on a map.  You can even add captions to an existing image and create screen shots of websites.

Here is an example of one created on Pinstamatic.  This is the actual size of the image they provide.

Recite Thisrecite-this-logo

Another option is Recite This.  Unlike the others, their logo appears on every image you create.  But if you don’t mind that, they have a great selection of styles to choose from.

Here is an example of an image from Recite This at actual size.
